Pengaruh Human Capital Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Dengan Sustainable Competitive Advantage Sebagai Mediasi (Studi Pada Umkm Pariwisata Di Kabupaten Kampar, Riau)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital and organizational culture on MSME performance, using sustainable competitive advantage as a mediating variable. Data for this study was collected using a questionnaire survey to 133 respondents who are owners and managers of Tourism MSMEs in Kampar Regency. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS4, a software often used in academic research for structural equation modeling and path analysis. The results showed that human capital affects MSME performance and sustainable competitive advantage. Organizational culture affects MSME performance and sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable competitive advantage affects MSME performance, and sustainable competitive advantage indirectly mediates the specific effects of human capital and organizational culture on MSME performance. This research has contributed to improving the performance of MSMEs in Kampar Regency
