Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Melalui Burnout Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Puskesmas Tenayan Raya Kecamatan Kulim Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Service companies are also inseparable from efforts to always improve employee performance. Continuous improvement in employee performance is also applied to health service units which are organizations providing health services. For public health service units, service quality is one of the most important factors influencing patient satisfaction. When patients feel satisfied with good service, indirectly the nurse's performance is said to be good. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence Workload, Individual Characteristics and Burnout have on Nurse Performance. The population and sample in this study were all nurses at the Tenayan Raya Public Health Center, Kulim District, Pekanbaru City. Data analysis uses the path analysis method with the help of SPSS. Based on the hypothesis test carried out, the research results show that: (1) Work load has a significant effect on burnout, (2) Individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on burnout, (3) Workload has no significant effect on performance, (4) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance, (5) Burnout has no significant effect on performance, (6) Workload has no direct effect on performance through burnout, and (7) Individual characteristics have no direct effect on performance with burnout.
