Analisis Biaya Percepatan Pada Pekerjaan Struktur Gedung Lantai Ii Menggunakan Metode Cpm (Critical Path Method) Pada Proyek Pembangunan Sarana Dan Prasarana Anjing Pelacak (K-9)

Critical Path Method (CPM) uses for investigate duration completion a project and search a possible acceleration of the current project. The aim of this research is for optimized cost on the structural integrity of the second floor on the project of Pembangunan Sarana dan Prasana Anjing Pelacak used CPM and determined critical path that on the network planning. Determine activities which has a possible for acceleration. The used of CPM on this research produce activity that has a possible for accelerated. The number of path is 8 paths which consisting of 7 critical paths and 1 noncritical path. There are 17 items activity that included the critical path and an item non critical activity. Initial plan of this completion project for 126 days with cost amount Rp358.985.195,19. Based on network planning analysis with used CPM, the project can be completed for 112 days with the total cost increased become Rp366.588.195,79 with saved time for 14 days. The usages of the CPM can curtail time of the project completion. Keywords :CPM, Network Planning, Critical Path
