Pengaruh Kesadaran Merek Dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Mobil Suv Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Di Pekanbaru
The study conducted in Pekanbaru and aimed to know the direct and indirect influence of brand awareness and lifestyle towards customer satisfaction through mediation of buying decision.
Population are community member of Mitsubishi Pajero Sport in Pekanbaru consist of 124 members. Samples taken by census. Variables used are brand awareness and lifestyle as independents, buying decision as mediating, while customer satisfaction as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and path analysis that assisted by SPSS 22 for windows.
The study reveals that either brand awareness or lifestyle directly affect significantly toward customer satisfaction. Buying decision is proven not to be significant mediator for indirect effect of neither brand awareness nor lifestyle towards customer satisfaction.
