Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Harapan Karir Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Kelurahan Se Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru
This study aims to see and know the direct influence of leadership, career
expectations and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in
this study were employees of the State Civil Servants of the Kelurahan Se District
Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. This study only took the leaders of the kelurahan such
as the Secretary of the Village Chief (Seklur) one person and the head of the
Section (Kasi) of three people in each section in the Kelurahan Sekayan Raya
Pekanbaru District with a total of 13 districts so that there were 52 leaders.
In this study the Census technique was used in which all populations were
sampled as many as 52 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and
secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The
data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, using
SPSS software. The results in this study indicate that leadership, career
expectations and job satisfaction affect employee performance. This shows that
leadership, career expectations and job satisfaction can determine the level of
employee performance.
