Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
The research is to determine the effect of discipline and work ethic on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study was all ASN within the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency as many as 80 people. This study used a sample of 51 ASN employees consisting of echelon officials (21) and main office staff (30). Data analysis used Sobel T test, Simultaneous and Path Analysis.
The results of research showed that the sobel T test that Discipline (X1) and Work Ethic affect Job Satisfaction of the ASN within Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency , so it can be concluded that directly there is a significant effect of Discipline and Work Ethic on Job Satisfaction of the ASN. Based on the path analysis on the influence of Discipline through Job Satisfaction on Performance, it is known that the value of the indirect effect is small compared to the value of the direct effect. This shows that directly Discipline through Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Performance of ASN within the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency, then the Analysis of the effect of Work Ethics through Job Satisfaction on Performance, it is shown that the effect is not directed namely. Based on the results of the above calculations, it is the value of the indirect effect is small compared to the value of the direct effect. This shows that directly the Work Ethic through Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on performance.
