Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Dalam Proses Keputusan Pembelian Laptop Merek Asus (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Riau)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in the purchase decision process
of asus brand laptops on Faculty of economics and business college students of Riau
University. The population in this study is were active college students of the faculty
of economics and business of Riau University who are currently using or have used
an Asus brand laptops.
This research method uses qualitative data which are primary data and
secondary data. Data collection method using questionnaire distribution technique.
The sample in this study was 125 respondents. Sampling method using non
probability sampling with purpossive sampling technique. Analysis method that are
used are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, and fishbein extended with
Microsoft Excel 2017 and SPSS 20.
The results showed that the attitudes of college students of the faculty of
economics and business of Riau University towards the attributes of Asus brand
laptops showed good results. Respondents friends encourage consumers to buy Asus
brand laptops compared to other reference groups. Respondents follow their friends
opinions more than other reference groups. Consumer behavior towards the
attributes of Asus brand laptops shows positive results, it means consumers have the
desire to buy an Asus brand laptops.
