This study aims to determine the differences in the conceptual ability of children who participate in family planning and do not participate in family planning aged 4-5 years. This type of research is quantitative comparative. The population in this study were children aged 4-5 years who received family planning education in Aisyah Busthanul Athfal Kindergarten, Kuok District, Kampar Regency with a sample of 30 children, consisting of 15 children who participated in family planning with 15 children who did not participate in KB. The data processed is secondary data and the sampling technique uses a questionnaire in accordance with the health standard rules that were in effect during Covid-19. Based on the test results using the Independent sample t-test, the value was 0.000
