Pengaruh Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Labour Turnover Karyawan Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the effect of the variable Compensation, Career
Development and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover. This research was
conducted on employees of the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study consists of
4 variables, namely one dependent variable and three independent variables. These
variables are Labor Turnover (Y), Compensation (X₁ ), Career Development (X₂ ),
and Job Satisfaction (X₃ ). This research was conducted using multiple linear
regression analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social
Science) version 25 with a sample of 82 people. Based on the hypothesis test
conducted, the research results show that Compensation has a significant effect on
Labor Turnover, Career Development has a significant effect on Labor Turnover, Job
Satisfaction has a significant effect on Labor Turnover. Compensation, Career
Development and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Labor Turnover.
