Strategi Pemerintah Dalam Pemulihan Ekonomi Daerah Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (Umkm) Selama Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Di Kota Pekanbaru

Pekanbaru city is one of the cities affected by covid-19 which accounts for
7.8 percent of the death rate and is one of the highest in Indonesia and has an
impact on all dimensions, be it social, political or economic. Especially in the
economic growth felt by MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. Then the need for a special
strategy in economic recovery where the strategy will be used by human resources
who handle it in the diamonds of the Cooperative Service and MSMEs. This
research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive. Based on the
results of swot analysis, the strategy recommendations provided are Aggressive
Strategies where the situation is very favorable, because the power possessed can
be utilized for existing opportunities. The results of this study show that the
economic recovery in MSMEs through the Cooperative Office and MSMEs of
Pekanbaru City has not run optimally so that the resulting strategy can improve
MSME training in terms of digitization of business marketing, and strengthen
regulations that support enthusiastic MSME actors such as, business opening
permits, import export licensing and marketing location points.
