ABSTRACT
The level of housing needs from time to time has increased, including in Tualang
District, therefore a 2-storey residential house is planned with a building area of
292 m2. This house planning is also followed by RKS so that it can meet the criteria
for a healthy and comfortable house. The stages carried out in conducting research
include: data collection and pata management. The data needed are: location map,
2016 AHSP and job specifications, data on material prices and wages in Tualang
District. The total budget for the construction of this 2-story house is Rp.
1,229,318,000.00 with a cost per meter of building area of Rp. 4,209,993.15. In
planning the building, it is recommended to follow the rules listed in the Homework
Module issued by the Ministry of Public Works in order to create a good,
comfortable, healthy, orderly and safe building for the environment. In planning the
cost budget, it is necessary to pay attention to the materials used in order to reduce
excessive prices and calculate volume, analyze material prices and wages, and plan
the cost budget carefully.
