The implementation of public information disclosure carried out by the KPU PPID
Pelalawan Regency both in the administration and the public information disclosure process
is still done manually or by writing in administration and correspondence in the data and
information management process, and applicants must come directly to the Pelalawan KPU
office. This is very vulnerable to the loss of applicant data and information submitted by the
applicant as well as the high mobility of the applicant/publik to the Pelalawan KPU office.
Therefore, a Web-based public information disclosure system is needed that can simplify the
administrative process and management of the information needed by the applicant, as well as
reduce the mobility of the applicant/community to the Pelalawan Regency KPU office. This
information system is built using Visual Studio Code and uses the HTML, PHP and MySQL
programming languages as the database. While in the design using UML (Unified Modeling
Language).
