ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research to determine the allocation of village funds
before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Rambah Muda Village.
The sampling technique in this research using random sampling where are
populations have the opportunity to be sempled. Ddetermination the total sampel using
the slovin technique. Then 304 samples were chosen with the data collection method that
was carried out by questionnaire. The analitical method use in this research is
descriptive method using likert scale.
The result showed that there are major changes in the allocation of village
funds before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2019, village funds were focused on
village infrastructure development. While in 2020, village funds are focused on
overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic.Where are 40,11% of village funds are used for
overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic and providing BLT-DD for people who are
economically affected by pandemic. The results of likert scale showed that 50,00% of the
sample agrees and 14,14% of the sample strongly agrees regarding the change in the
allocation of village funds as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
