Deteksi Kerusakan Pompa Injeksi Distributor Tipe Ve Menggunakan Sinyal Suara
ABSTRACT
Referring to the results of previous studies related to the detection of injection
pump damage using vibration signal analysis, it was found that changes in the
vibration signal parameters can be detected as abnormalities of the injection
pump condition against normal conditions. Changes in the vibration parameters
of the injection pump also result in changes to the parameters of the sound it
produces. The weakness of detecting vibration signal damage is the need for
contact with the test object, so in this study, a method was developed to detect
damage to the VE-type distributor injection pump using a sound signal. For data
sampling, a microphone is used as a transducer, Instrustar as a data sampling
device, and software is MATLAB used as a data processor and presenter, FFT,
envelope, wavelet transform, and scalogram are the methods used to detect
damage to the cam plate and roller. The test design is divided into two parts:
testing on the machine test bench and testing on the vehicle. From the study
results, it was found that the sound signal at the injection pump can provide
information regarding the state of the injection pump. Damage to the cam plate
and roller can be detected from the characteristics of the sound signal produced.
