Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Inovasi Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Pasca Covid-19 (Studi Empiris Pada Umkm Di Kabupaten Bengkalis)
Abstract
Performance appraisal or measurement is one of the important factors in
MSMEs. Besides being used to assess the success of MSMEs, performance
measurement can also be used as a basis for determining the reward system, for
example to determine the level of employee salaries and appropriate rewards.This
study aims to examine the effect of training, human resource competence and
innovation on the performance of SMEs in Bengkalis Regency. The population used
in this study is MSMEs in Bengkalis Regency. The sample in this study was 100
MSMEs in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used in this study is
primary data with a questionnaire instrument. Collecting data in this study using
simple random sampling, where the number of respondents in this study were 100
respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression model
with Statistical product and service solution (SPSS) software version 23.0. This study
uses quantitative data. The source of data used in this study is primary data. The
results showed that training, human resource competence and innovation had a
significant effect on the performance of SMEs.
