Pengaruh Locus Of Control, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Independensi Terhadap Kinerja Auditor (Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Inspektorat Kota Pekanbaru Dan Kabupaten Kampar)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Locus Of Control, Leadership
Style, Organizational Commitment and Independence. This research was
conducted based on the findings of problems related to Auditor Performance.
This research is a quantitative research where the data used in this study is
primary data. The population in this study is the Office of the Inspectorate of
Pekanbaru City and Kampar Regency. The research sample was selected using
purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is
multiple linear regression method with IBM SPSS (Statistics of Products and
Services Solutions) statistical tool 25.
The results showed that Locus Of Control had a positive influence on
Auditor Performance, Leadership Style had a positive influence on Auditor
Performance, Organizational Commitment showed a positive influence on Auditor
Performance and independence showed a positive influence on Auditor
Performance.
