Faktor Kesiapan Pelaksanaan Permendagri Nomor 77 Tahun 2020 (Studi Empiris: Pemerintah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze organizational commitment, supporting
facilities and infrastructure, competence of human resources and information
technology on the readiness to implement Permendagri Number 77 of 2020. The
object of this research is all OPD in the Rokan Hulu Regency Government. The
data were analyzed using linear regression method and version 17 of the SPSS
program. The variables studied were the readiness to implement Permendagri
Number 77 of 2020 as the dependent variable and organizational commitment,
supporting facilities, human resource competence and information technology as
independent variables.
The results showed organizational commitment had an effect on the
readiness to implement Permendagri No. 77 of 2020 with a significance value of
0.000, supporting facilities had no effect on the readiness of the implementation of
Permendagri No. 77 of 2020 with a significance value of 0.127, human resource
competence had an effect on the readiness to implement Permendagri No. 77 of
2020 with a significance value of 0.022 and information technology affects the
readiness to implement Permendagri Number 77 of 2020 with a significance value
of 0.011. The results of this study also show that the coefficient of R square is
42.5%. That is, the independent variable can explain the dependent variable well.
While the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in the
regression model that are not included in this study.
