ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of understanding good governance,
professionalism and leadership style on auditor performance with organizational
commitment as a moderating variable. This research was conducted based on the
findings of problems related to auditor performance.The population of this
research is the Inspectorate of Pekanbaru City and Bengkalis Regency. The sample
selection in this study used the census method, so that the entire population was
sampled, namely 44 samples. Analysis of the data used in this study is SPSS 17,
while the data used is a questionnaire that has been filled out by auditors who
work at the Inspectorate of Pekanbaru City and Bengkalis Regency.The results of
the study show that 1) Understanding of Good Governance has an effect on
Auditor Performance, 2) Professionalism has an effect on Auditor Performance,
3) Leadership Style has an effect on Auditor Performance, 4) Organizational
Commitment has moderated the understanding of Good Governance on Auditor
Performance. 5) Organizational Commitment has moderated Professionalism.
Against Auditor Performance 6) Organizational Commitment Failed to Moderate
Leadership Style on Auditor Performance.
