Strategi Pengembangan Industri Kreatif Percetakan Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the strategy for developing the printing
industry in Pekanbaru City and to find out the right alternative strategy for the
printing business in Pekanbaru City. The approach method used in this study uses a
quantitative descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary
and secondary data. Where the primary data itself is obtained directly from the
respondents through interviews, questionnaires, documentation. While the secondary
data itself is obtained through government agencies such as the Central Statistics
Agency for Pekanbaru City and the Pekanbaru City Industry and Trade Department.
The analytical method used in this research is the development strategy with the help
of SWOT. Based on the SWOT, IFAS and EFAS diagrams, the results of this study
show that the internal and external factors of the printing industry in Pekanbaru City
are in quadrant I, namely aggressive strategy (growth-oriented straregy) which can
be concluded that this situation shows a very favorable situation for the company, in
quadrant I that a company has the opportunity and strength to be able to optimize
existing market opportunities.
