ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze how the variables of labor, raw materials, and
land area affect the production of cassava chips industry in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict,
Pekanbaru City and also to see the most dominant variable influencing
the production of small industries processing cassava chips production in
Tenayan Raya District, City of Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative
descriptive research that uses multiple linear regression analysis tools using the
SPSS version 25.0 program and uses secondary and primary data obtained from
survey results on 18 respondents. From the results of the tests that have been
carried out, the simultaneous regression test (Test F) shows that all the
independent variables studied, namely labor, raw materials, and land area have a
significant influence on the production variable. Partially (T test) Labor and raw
materials have a positive and significant effect. While the land area does not have
a significant effect on the production variable. The magnitude of the effect caused
by adjusting (R2) by these three variables together on the dependent variable is
95.0% while 5.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The
results of the regression test showed that the raw material variable had a
dominant influence on the production of small cassava chip processing industries
in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City.
