Dampak Ekonomi Budidaya Tambak Udang Vanname (Litopenaeus Vannamei) Terhadap Perekonomian Masyarakat Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
Vanname Shrimp is one of the leading commodities that has been
determined by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) in 2021. The
development of Vanname shrimp aquaculture business in Bantan District has a
link between the production sector which in turn has an impact on the local
community's economy on people's income, the impact on new business
opportunities, impact on job opportunities and impact on living standards. The
purposes of this study are (1) to calculate the production costs and profits of
Vanname shrimp aquaculture, (2) to analyze the economic impact of Vanname
shrimp cultivators on the economy of the community from the values obtained in
Keynesian Income Multiplier and Ratio Income Multiplier Type 1 and Type 2 to
business units and labor in the Bantan District. The method used in this study is a
survey method and data analysis used producer surplus analysis and multiplier
effect analysis. The results of the analysis of Producer Surplus or business profits
for Vanname shrimp pond cultivators in Bantan Sub-district earned a profit of
IDR 9,057,958.001 from an initial income of IDR 12,618,388,598 where the
harvest showed a production of 131,776.2 kg. The results of the Multiplier Effect
analysis show that the Keynesian Income Multiplier value of the Vanname shrimp
farming business expenditure on business units and local workers is 0.4. To see
the indirect economic value felt by local workers through the Type I Income
Multiplier Ratio Value of 1.1. To find out the economic value of the income of the
business unit owner through the Ratio Value of the Type II Income Multiplier of
1.3. The economic value obtained shows that the Vanname shrimp aquaculture
business in Bantan District has not yet provided an optimal impact on local
communities in Bantan District due to leakage of the flow of business money
issued outside the Bantan District area.
