Abstract
The research was conducted in December 2021 in Nagari Koto Sani District X Koto Singkarak Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province. The location of this research is determined purposively with the consideration that Nagari Koto Sani is a village that has the potential for water resources that have the potential to be used as a center for the cultivation of business fish development. The determination of respondents in this study was carried out in a census manner. The population in this study was a Tilapia fish cultivator of 15 people. The results of this study showed that the average investment issued amounted to IDR194.034.609 consisting of fixed capital of IDR114.732.533 and working capital of IDR79.302.076. The average income received by cultivators was IDR16.874.890/period. Based on the feasibility indicator obtained an average ROI value of 8,70%/period, BEP production of as 3.223 kg, BEP price of IDR20.671/kg. The average NPV produced is IDR89.232.726, while the BCR value is 1,06. The calculation of the IRR value obtained is 22%, the PP value produced for 3,87 years. Based on the sensitivity analysis conducted with a variable cost increase of 10%, and a 10% decrease in benefits, Tilapia fish cultivation business are not as feasible or sensitive to such changes.
