Pengaruh Bimbingan Klasikal Terhadap Perencanaan Karir Siswa Di SMA Negeri 1 Tambang
Career palnning is a method used by individuals to make a palan of activities
in an effort to prepare for a future career, with various steps nad alternative
ways to achieve the goals that have been set. Thus career palnning activities
are very important for high school students, especially to build student
attitudes in pursuing their careers in the future. The purpose of this research
is to find out whether classical guidance services have an effect on student
career planning at SMA Negeri 1 Tambang. This type of research is a quasiexperimetal
design. This study used a design in the form od oe group pretestposttest.
The research subjects were 30 studets of class XI IPS who had low
career palnning based o the career palnning measurement scale with 6
meetings. The results showed that: 1) the level of career planning of student
before being given classical guidance was in the loe category and after being
given classical guidance was in the high category, 2) significant differences
in career planning before and after being given classical guidance, thus
classical guidance can improve planning students’ careers, and 3) there is a
positive influence of classical guidance on students’ career planning.
