Abstract
The city of Tanjung Balai Asahan is a city located in the coastal area of North Sumatra and is therefore dominated by the fisheries sector. One of the companies engaged in fisheries is PT. Halindo Berjaya Mandiri where this company is the largest fishery company in the city of Tanjung Balai Asahan and has been exporting to overseas. The product is in the form of frozen Malong (Muraenesox cinereus) which is the flagship product of PT Halindo Berjaya Mandiri because it has high nutrition and is rich in protein and is in demand by the color of the Bambo Curtain Country (China). As it is known that fishery products are perishable products and to avoid these problems, good handling is needed such as the freezing process, and in increasing competitiveness the company must have good management such as business operating systems, distribution, marketing and service to consumers so that things This is included in the supply chain analysis. In supply chain pattern analysis, you can use the Food Supply Chain Network approach whose framework consists of supply chain structure, supply chain management, supply chain goals, chain resources, supply chain business processes, and supply chain performance.
