This study aims to find out how much is the comparative business income of the local culinary industry with those of the immigrant culinary industry. Determination of the sample This research uses the Disproportionate Stratified Sampling method of the local culinary industry business and the immigrant culinary industry business by sixteen respondents, namely eight people are local culinary industry businesses and eight people are immigrant culinary industry businesses. This study uses the t-test analysis method using the SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) program. Judging from the results of the income comparison test that a significant value (2-tailed) > alpha means H0 is accepted, H1 is rejected, which means that there is no real difference between the income of the local culinary industry business and the immigrant culinary industry business in Pekanbaru City.
