This research is based on the high conversion of oil palm and rubber plantation land into gold mining land by the community. This transfer of function if not anticipated properly will have an impact on the community's economy. This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of land conversion on the level of community income in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sample used in this study was 57 people who carried out land conversion. The variables in this study are basic income, additional income, and other income. In this study, researchers used quantitative descriptive analysis with a different test analysis research model, to analyze the author's data using the SPSS 23.00 for windows program. The results showed that there were differences between basic income, additional income and other income before and after land conversion. This means that land conversion has an impact on people's income in Sentajo Raya District. Therefore, the government and the community must be wiser in using the money from land conversion, so that the money from land conversion can improve the economic level of the community.
