The purpose study this for evaluate and describe performance Dumai
City Regional Inspectorate in doing function . Identify obstacles faced by Dumai
City Regional Inspectorate in doing function. With use theory performance

responsiveness , responsibility and accountability .
Type study is study qualitative character descriptive. Technique data
collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data
used in the form of primary data and secondary . Informant in study this is the one
who knows problem study by deep. As for amount informant in study this is 9
people.
Results study according to theory Agus Dwiyanto about service
performance organization public, then performance Regional Inspectorate has
not been optimal. Productivity not optimal because not yet fully Fulfill hope
community that is fulfillment amount source power competent human and quality,
responsible officer in doing task, not yet efficient because budget for development
auditor profession and supervisor not yet Becomes priority main. Quality service
inspectorate has satisfying society, only just need socialize online service because
Public not yet knowing existence service complaints in the Regional Inspectorate .
Responsiveness and power responsive officer not optimal, because still many
complaint consequence time service not yet in accordance with set time. Often
occur lateness report results check, because limitations amount and competence
apparatus supervisor . Responsibility performance The Regional Inspectorate has
in accordance with principle proper administration and no violate the conditions
that have been set . Whereas accountability, reporting performance inspectorate
has held with responsibilities, tasks assigned held with good although in the
middle deficiency amount personnel. Factor blocker performance Dumai City
Regional Inspectorate is amount and competence apparatus supervisor at the
Inspectorate , limited amount budget, support from boss, role office, and no free
value.
