Efektivitas Kebijakan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai Bagi Pns Di Kota Dumai (Studi Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kota Dumai)
Additional employee income (TPP) is an addition given to PNS and CPNS
in accordance with the circumstance and performance. The allowance is an
increase from the existing allowance and will become a specific allowance to
boost performance and at the same time guarantee the provision of benefits.
The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with
data collection techniques through field observations and interviews.
The results showed that the additional employee income (TPP) at the
Office of Education and Culture was not fully in accordance with the existing
effectiveness, due to work experience that had an impact on Disciplinary
employees who were still lacking in duties and responsibilities, besides that there
were still employees on Sick Days. which is sometimes not carried out by
employees on these days.
