Strategi Pengembangan Industri Kuliner Di Kota Pekanbaru Pada Era Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Banana’s House Gm)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to describe conditions, analyze strategies can be done and find out strategies are the most appropriate for Banana's House GM in this era. covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method as many as 3 respondents from internal parties. The analytical tool used in this research is a SWOT analysis by looking at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Banana's House GM culinary industry. The results showed that based on the SWOT matrix analysis produced 4 alternative strategies and the strategy that can be done is a diversification strategy which is in quadrant 2 position so that it focuses more on the ST strategy (Strengths-Threats). Banana's House GM must maintain product quality in the form of guaranteeing the best raw materials, carrying out maintenance related to the production process, increasing promotion through online sales media, providing more raw materials in order to avoid price fluctuations, maintaining the production process so that standard products are created in accordance with consumer needs and business management must be able to calculate the number of products produced in accordance with the needs of the average consumer as a buyer in the pandemic era.
