Pengaruh Neraca Perdagangan Dan Jumlah Uang Beredar (M2) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia Periode 2006-2020

ABSTRACT
The trade balance and the money supply are factors that affect economic
growth. So this study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of the trade
balance on economic growth. (2) The influence of the money supply (M2) on
economic growth. The data used is secondary time series data for the period
2006-2020. Data obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics). This study
uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The tool used is SPSS 2.5.
The results of this study indicate that the trade balance variable and the
money supply (M2) simultaneously affect economic growth in Indonesia.
Partially, the trade balance variable has a negative effect on economic growth,
and the money supply (M2) has a negative effect on economic growth. The value
of the coefficient of determination shows the number 0.499, which means that the
effect of the independent variable on the trade balance and the money supply
(M2) the dependent variable on Indonesia's economic growth is 49.9%. While the
remaining 50.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.
