ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the short-term and long-term relationship of third party funds and the financing to deposit ratio to Islamic financing in Islamic banking in Bengkalis Regency period 2012(Q1)-2021(Q4). The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is one of the benchmarks fot the success ot the existence of the Islamic economy. Islamic banking in Indonesia is developing quite well, this can be seen from the deveopment of financing, third party funds, and the financing to deposit ratio of Islamic banking.
The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority. In this study used multiple linear regression analysis model. While the analysis technique used is the Error Correction Model.
The results show that in the short term third party funds and the financing to deposit ratio have a positive and significant effect on financing in Islamic banking in Bengkalis Regency for the period 2012(Q1)-2021(Q4). In the long term, third party funds and the financing to deposit ratio also have a positive and significant effect on financing in Islamic banking in Bengkalis Regency for the period 2012(Q1)-2021(Q4).
