Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pmdn Di Kabupaten Termuda Provinsi Riau (Kepulauan Meranti) Tahun 2011-2021

ABSTRACT
This research analizes the effect of variables interest rate, export, road conditions, government expendicture and labor to the Domestic Investment in Meranti Islands for the period of 2011 – 2021. This research uses time series data during 2011 until 2021 sourced from Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) and One Door Integrated Service and Investment Agency (DPMPTSP) Riau Province. The method of analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with help of Eviews program version 10).
The result of the statistic tests show that simultaneous regression test (F test) for all independent variabels have significant influence on Domestict Investment with F-Statistic of 10.03070 with probability 0.012160 with The Adjusted R Square value of 0.818688 means that about 81.87 percent of the variation in Domestic Investment in Meranti Islands can be explained by Interest Rate, Export, Road Conditions, Government Expendicture and Labor. While the rest of 18.13 percent is explained by variabels outside the model. Partial regression test (t test) shows that Interest Rate and Road Conditions has negative effect and not significant to Domestict Investment in Meranti. Although Export, Government Expendicture and Labor has a positive effect and significant to Domestic Investment in Meranti Islands.
