Implementasi Strategi Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Tenaga Pra Kerja Di Kabupaten Bengkalis
The Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkalis Regency carried out various initiatives in improving the quality of labor. This study describes the implementation of the Manpower Office's strategy in improving the quality of pre-employment workers in Bengkalis Regency. This research was conducted by utilizing qualitative research methodology and case study methodology. This research uses wheelen and hunger theory about the implementation of strategies, namely Programs, Budgets, and ProceduresThere is the technique used to select informants is the purposive sampling technique. Data collection is carried out by interviews and documentation. Then the data obtained were analyzed by interactive model analysis from Miles and Huberman. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Implementation of the Manpower and Transmigration Service in Improving the quality of Pre-Employment Workers in Bengkalis Regency As for the results of this study, the implementation of the strategy of the Manpower and Transmigration Service in improving the quality of pre-employment workers in Bengkalis Regency in its implementation has not been maximized. Then there is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of the strategy carried out by the Manpower and Transmigration Service, namely there is no socialization to the community regarding programs at the Bengkalis Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office.
