Kapasitas Pengelola Bumdes Maju Bersama Di Bidang Pariwisata Desa Pebaun Hilir Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Kuantan Singingi Regency has great potential in the tourism sector. Kuantan Singingi Regency has one of the tourist villages located in Kuantan Mudik District, the capital city of Lubuk Jambi, precisely in the village of Pebaun Hilir, namely the Tobek Pebaun Tourism Object. Pebaun Hiliir Village is starting to move towards the tourism sector by building a tourist spot called Tobek Pebaun. Tobek Pebaun itself is a tourist attraction consisting of 2 seasons, namely the Lake Season and the Rice Planting Season. This study aims to determine and analyze the capacity of Bumdes managers to advance together in the tourism sector in Pebaun Hilir Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict and the factors that hinder the capacity of BUMDes managers to advance together in the tourism sector of downstream Pebaun Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singing Regency. This study uses the theory of Alimbudiono & Fidelis (2004) which uses indicators, namely: good experience, education according to work, skills according to task. This research uses qualitative research. The findings in this study are that the results of the capacity management of Maju Bersama Village- Owned Enterprises in Pebaun Hilir Village found that the management capacity was poor and inefficient because the employees who manage their Tobek Pebaun tourism objects do not have special expertise in the field of developing tourism objects, due to their background their education comes from different fields, then the bumdes managers never get special training and guidance as a guidance and counseling service provided by experts or professionals in their field on how to develop tourism from local governments.
