Pengaruh Sosialisasi Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Di Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose from this study was to know Level of Socialization land and building tax,Level of Compliance with land and building tax payers in pekanbaru city and also to know how much that effect of Socialization land and building tax to Compliance with land and building tax payers in pekanbaru.Data used in this research is Primary Data.in this research,The method that used as analysis tool was Simple Linear Analysis to know that Socialization of land and building tax have influence and how much effect for Taxpayer compliance in Pekanbaru.The Method used in this research was Qualitative Quantitative which is explain Computerized results using E-Views 10. Program.
Analysis results show that socialization land and building tax have effect to taxpayer compliance in pekanbaru with significant value of 0,000 < 0,05.
The Result of the coefficient determination (R²) is done for to See how much influence of independent variable to dependent variable.in this case,the value of coefficient determination used is Adjusted R-Squared which is coefficient determination has been corrected with number of variables and sampe size.then it's known that the value of Adjusted R-Squared is equal to 0,232745 atau 23% .this can be interpreted with the socialization variable has an effect of 23 percent on the taxpayer compliance variable.
