This research which aims to determine the level of efficiency of the use factor in the production of broiler breeding businesses and to determine the level of technical efficiency, price efficiency (allocative), and economic efficiency and to determine the return to scale of broiler breeding business at PT. Chareon Pokphand Jaya Farm in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a case study method with a quantitative descriptive approach, namely a case study at PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out with documentation and observation techniques for PT. Charoen pokphand jaya farm. Data analysis was carried out using the Cobb-Douglas production function, and efficiency tests, both technical efficiency, price efficiency, economic efficiency with the help of SPSS 24.0 software and frontier version 4.1c software. The results showed that the factors that affect the production of broiler breeding industry at PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm, namely raw materials and labor have a positive and significant effect. where technical efficiency, price efficiency and economic efficiency have not been achieved. While the Return to Scale broiler breeding industry at PT. Charoen pokphand in Pekanbaru City is experiencing the principle of increasing to scale, which means that each additional input unit produces more additional output than the previous input.
