Pemanfaatan Fermentasi Tepung Keong Mas (Pomacea Canaliculata) Sebagai Substitusi Tepung Ikan Dalam Pakan Untuk Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus)
ABSTRACT
Asian redtail catfish is one of the original fish found in Indonesia. This fish has a higher price than some other types of fish that have been popular among consumers. Currently, the growth of fish is greatly influenced by the type and quality of feed provided as well as the environmental conditions of its life. If the feed provided is of good quality, the amount is sufficient and environmental conditions support it can be ascertained that the growth rate of fish becomes fast as expected, this study aims to find out the influence of feed fermentation on the growth and survival of fish. The study used a Complete RandomIzed Design (RAL) of 1, 5 treatments and 3 repeats. The treatment used is the use of fermented subtitusi conch flour as much as 0, 25, 50, 75, 100% in feed, baung fish seeds used measuring 1-3 g and preserved in kramba measuring 1x1x1 m with a dense spread of 25 tails /m3. Test feed is given 3 times a day, namely at 07.00, 12.00 and 17.00 wib. The observed parameters are feed digestability, protein digesting, feed efficiency, protein retention, persifik growth rate, life approval and water quality. The results provided the best and real difference values of 75%, (P3) provided the best and real difference in P
