Research and community service is one of the main tasks of a lecturer contained in the tridharma of higher education that must be carried out. The problem is that there is currently no system and special people to manage research and service data at the two engineering universities of Riau. This system is designed to make it easier to search for research and service data in engineering architecture at the University of Riau. In this study using waterfall development as a development method and Laravel as a framework from the results of testing and analysis obtained that the system can run as expected. The system that has been designed can store research data and lecturer service.
