Sistem Manajemen Pasien Dan Booking Online Praktek Dokter Gigi
In the registration process, booking schedules for consultation/treatment at the Riona Dental Care (RDC) dental clinic are still manual. This causes the admin to check the existing schedule one by one so that the patient queue does not overlap with other patients who have registered first. The patient registration is also not yet computerized, that is, it is still written on paper. The purpose of this study is to build a web and Android-based online booking application for dentistry at the RDC clinic and implement an online booking application for dental practice at the RDC clinic. Many methods are used in software development. One of them is the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique) method. The FAST method is an application development method that combines several other application development techniques. The use of the FAST method to build applications based on the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) thinking framework analysis. From the results of testing and analysis using the SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaire, the system obtained an acceptable value. The online booking application for a dental practice, which was built on the web and android-based RDC clinic, can speed up clinical services such as easily managing booking data and patient data, accessing doctor data and doctor's schedules, and managing queue data.
