Pengaruh Teknik Role Playing Terhadap Penurunan Perilaku Bullying Siswa Melalui Bimbingan Kelompok Di SMK PGRI Pekanbaru
behavior Bullying is intimidation that is done by people or groups either physically, psychologically, socially, verbally or emotionally continuously. Role playing is carried out to reduce bullying by using play games or holding a role to increase several aspects which include aspects of empathy, interpersonal skills, self-control and responsibility. This study aims to determine how much influence the role playinghas on reducing bullying at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru. This type of research is experimental research. The subject of this study were students of SMK PGRI Pekanbaru totaling 7 people who had a high level of bullying . The instrument used is the bullying behavior scale. This research uses Wilcoxon test and Spearman rank test. Analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that the hypothesis was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence of role playing behavior bullying by contributing as much as 72%.
