Perencanaan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Terpadu (Tpst) Di Kecamatan Tuah Madani Dan Kecamatan Binawidyakota Pekanbaru
All waste in Pekanbaru City ends up in Muara Fajar Lanfills. SIPSN data for 2021 shows that only 1.13% of incoming waste is processed at Muara Fajar Lanfillsthe rest ends up in open dumping system.MRF planning is expected to be a solution for solving waste management problems in Pekanbaru City, especially in Binawidya District and Tuah Madani District.Population growth in Binawidya and Tuah Madani sub-districts is calculated using the last square projection method, projecting the total population in 2039 to reach 692,568 people.analysis of the projected waste generation of these two sub-districts in 2039 based on the results of waste generation in the research of Rosdinar (2019) and Sukmawati (2019) reaching 717,481.55 Liters/day or 92,369.55 Kg/day. The mass balance analysis of waste generation shows that the generation of biodegradable waste has the largest percentage of 67.36% and non-biodegradable waste of 32.62%.The planned waste processing is in the form of recycling, composting and BSF farm. The TPST Cost Budget at the beginning of the planning year is required to be Rp. 18,000,000,000.00. The feasibility of the investment is calculated using the IRR method which is obtained at 48.1% so that this TPST investment is considered feasible.
