Analisis Kinerja Jaringan Lokal Untuk Menunjang Sistem Digital Spbu Di Kota Payakumbuh
Abstract
Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) is one of Pertamina Retail that utilizes
a digital system in its management system. Since 2018, Pertamina has
collaborated with PT Telkom Indonesia in carrying out digitalization of gas
stations to facilitate real-time monitoring of fuel stocks, transactions and sales at
a gas station so that there is transparency of data related to the distribution of
fuel. However, at gas stations that have implemented a digital system, several
problems are still found, including unstable networks, application errors and
interference with gas station equipment.
This study uses a quantitative approach with action research methods,
while the selected research subjects are gas station 14-262108 Padang Karambia
and gas station 14-252639 Parik Rantang Payakumbuh. The data in this study are
the Quality of Service parameter values obtained by monitoring the digital system
at SPBU 14-262108 Padang Karambia and SPBU 14-252639 Parik Rantang
Payakumbuh using Axence NetTools software, the results of which will be
compared with the standard Typhon. In addition, the modeling of the gas station
network was also carried out using Cisco Packet Tracer software.
Based on the results of the analysis of the research data, it is known that
the value of the quality of service at SPBU 14-262108 Padang Karambia,
bandwidth parameter is 351.059 bps, delay is 70.7142 ms, throughput is 59.8491
ms, jitter is 0.0135 ms, and packet loss is 0. ,8571 %. While at SPBU 14-252639
Parik Rantang Payakumbuh City, the bandwidth parameter is 531.747 bps, delay
is 43,571 ms, throughput is 59.4352 ms, jitter is 0.0119 ms, and packet loss is
0.285 %. The two gas stations have a quality of service value that is in
accordance with the typhoon standard. Based on gas station distance modeling
using the ping test on Cisco Packet Tracer software, the results show that the
effective distance for data transmission is less than 100 m.
