ABSTRACT
Before the construction of a building, the real estimate of cost is one the main processes carried out to determine the total amount of work costs by describing each work item. In writing this final project, the author wants to tell you how to plan and calculate of the real estimate of cost for a two-story lodging with an area of 240 M². Then make details of the real estimate of cost, a Work Unit Price Anlysis (AHSP) is needed, to calculate the volume of work and make a work plan and technical requirments, all of which refer to the plan driwing. And can be used as additional knowledge and reference in planning a lodging. The total building codt obtained are Rp.918.887.000,00 – and the cost per m² of building is Rp.3.663.821,00 -
