Rancang Bangun Automatic Transfer Switch (Ats) Berbasis Zelio Logic Smart Relay Untuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya Dan Pt. Pln (Persero)
ABSTRACT
The Solar Power Plant (PLTS) during the day will charge the battery and supply the load up to a maximum battery voltage of 12,73 Volt-13,8 Volt based on the state of charge standard batteries. ATS is used to transfer connections between PLTS and PLN energy sources. In this study where ATS is controlled by Zelio Logic Smart Relay, the use of Zelio Logic Smart Relay is intended to replace controllers that still use relays. The purpose of this study was to obtain the performance of Zelio Logic Smart Relays to control the switching of PLTS and PLN based on voltage sensor readings. The system is designed to work automatically when the voltage sensor reads the input voltage of 12,73 Volts with the output generated by the 1,7 Volt voltage sensor then the load will be supplied by the PLTS, when the voltage sensor reading drops to 10,7 Volt, the voltage sensor will command the zelio smart relay to open contactor on PLTS source and wait for 5 seconds to close the contactor at the PLN source until it takes over to turn on the load.
