ABSTRACT This research was conducted in October 2021 in Sedanau Village, West Bunguran District, Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the use of production inputs, farmers' income, and the break even point (BEP). This study uses a survey method with the number of respondents as many as 30 Napoleon fish cultivators. Determination of the respondents used is using the technique of Simple Random Sampling.The results showed that the use of feed production inputs (X2) and labor (X3) was not efficient (NPMXi/PXi1) which means that the use of seeds is too little so that additional inputs are needed. The Napoleon fish business at KJT earns an average income per production period (4 years) of IDR 1.091.813.941, an average annual income of IDR 272.953.485 and an average monthly income of IDR 22.746.124. The Napoleon fish business at KJT obtained a production break even point (BEP) of 501,419 kg/period and a BEP price of IDR 314.764. Based on the analysis of the break even point data, the Napoleon fish business at KJT in Sedanau Village is already profitable and feasible, because the amount of production and the price set by farmers is greater than the break even point value obtained.
