Population administration is one of the activities carried out in Kepenghuluan
related to population, namely births, deaths, population movements, and issuance
of cover letters. The Population Information System is needed for public service
activities in the field of population administration in a government both regionally
and centrally. However, the conditions that occurred in the Penghuluan Sintong
Bakti showed that population data collection and issuance of cover letters were still
using the manual method. The purpose of this final project is to create a population
administration information system that can display population data, birth data,
death data, moving data, and correspondence administration in the form of a
website. Data was collected by means of observation and interviews with modeling
it uses UML (Unified Model Language). The population data administration
information system is built on a web-based basis using HTML and javascript
programming languages, PHP, MariaDB and MySQL which manages the database,
bootstrap as a CSS framework and codeigniter as a PHP framework. The result is a
population administration information system that can help the Penghuluan Sintong
Bakti manage population data, death and birth data, moving data and
correspondence administration.
