Analisis Pengelolaan Aset Daerah Dalam Mendukung Pendapatan Asli Daerah Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This study aims to analyze the allocation of assets in increasing local
revenue (PAD) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. In research using In this study the
authors use key informants, namely those who know related to asset management
in Kuantan Singingi Regency, then the data analysis method is carried out by
quantitative descriptive analysis methods with B/C ratio analysis tools and SWOT
analysis.
Based on the results of the study, it is known that assets that have the
potential to increase regional income in Kuantan Singingi Regency are Road,
Irrigation and Installation assets, this is because road and irrigation construction
contributes to economic activities in Kuantan Singingi Regency which are
generally engaged in agriculture and plantations. Management of regional assets
in increasing regional income in Kuantan Singingi Regency through the
calculation of the B/C ratio in 2014-2020 obtained a value of < 1 then the project
is not economical, which means that asset management in Kuantan Singingi
Regency is not economic which has not had a large contribution . The right
strategy for the government with the condition of regional assets in Kuantan
Singingi Regency is SO (strength and opportunities). This strategy is based on the
use of strength to take advantage of opportunities. The following are alternative
strategies that can be offered: 1) Developing, namely the amount of assets owned
in the management of utilizing assistance in these management activities.
Establish asset management regulations referring to the laws governing such
management 2) Maintain and carry out monitoring and evaluation activities
adjusted to references and expert findings related to asset management
