ABSTRACT
The National Amil Zakat Institution (LAZNas) Pertamina Hulu Rokan is an institution that focuses on carrying out its obligations, namely being respectful to muzakki by facilitating the implementation of zakat payments and being solemn to mustahik by raising the human dignity of the mustahik who relies on local resources with zakat funds, infaq, alms, and waqf (ZISWaf) as well as social funds to the community through work programs, one of which is the clean water program. Currently, managing clean water data programs is done manually using Microsoft Excel and maps of clean water facilities are still manually designed using editor software. The purpose of this final project is to create an information system for clean water facilities that can provide the community with submitting application proposals, managing data, information and realizing the location for the construction of clean water facilities in the form of maps using existing technology, namely the Google Map API provided by Google. This information system modeling to use UML (Unified Model Language). Making this information system using HTML and JavaScript programming languages, PHP, MariaDB and MySQL which manages the database, Bootstrap as a CSS framework and CodeIgniter as a PHP framework. With the existence of this clean water facility information system, it can help LAZNas Pertamina Hulu Rokan to manage data, information and location mapping properly.
