Gambaran Pengetahuan Dan Perilaku Ibu Hamil Dalam Menjalankan Protokol Kesehatan Untuk Pencegahan Tertular Covid-19 Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Payung Sekaki
Abstract
Introduction: Pregnant women should avoid COVID-19 by knowing and practicing COVID-19 prevention measure. This study aims to describe the knowledge and behavior of pregnant women in carrying out health protocols for the prevention of contracting COVID-19 in the working area of Payung Sekaki Health Center. Methods: This conducted study used survey method with quantitative descriptive research design. This research was conducted in the working area of Payung Sekaki Health Center within a month. The data was collected among 96 respondents using questionnaires made by the researcher and taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. Result: Based on the results, it can be seen that the majority of pregnant women respondents were 26-35 years old (early adults) as many as 49%, had undergraduate education as many as 66,7%, had an occupation as many as 51%, the number of pregnancies more than once were 54,2%, 55,2% of pregnancy in the second trimester, 55,2% of COVID-19 information sources through social media, 84,4% of good knowledge and negative actions as many as 53,1%. Conclusion: Most pregnant women show good knowledge in carrying out health protocols for the prevention of contracting COVID-19 and most pregnant women show negative actions in carrying out health protocols to prevent contracting COVID-19. It is recommended for pregnant women to be able to maintain knowledge and improve behavior by complying with the health protocols to prevent contracting COVID-19.
