ABSTRACK
This study was done at PT. Dian Anggara Persada in Kecamatan Kandis, Kabupaten Siak, to investigate the role that safety and health, as well as the quality of the working environment, play in influencing employee productivity. Researchers at PT. Dian Anggara Persada employed a sample of 110 workers and performed statistical analyses using the Test Validity, reliability test, Test Classical Assumptions, and Methods Msi. Path analysis, or path analysis using the statistical program for the social sciences version 26, is used to analyze the data. Test results show that workplace safety and health and environment impacts productivity through work environment, that safety and health and environment together have a significant influence on productivity, and that safety and health and environment in the workplace have an indirect effect on productivity. Thus, this research indicates that the direction and knowledge of the use of the machines, as well as the work environment variables that should improve work facilities for employees, are all important for increasing productivity, as are the variables of work discipline that should increase in the company's adherence to the rules and the timely completion of the work.
